Army Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology : Admission

A non-refundable sum of Rs 400/- (Rupees Four hundred only) will be paid by the candidates by a crossed bank draft in favour of the Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (AIHM & CT) payable at SBI, ASC Centre (South) Code No - 4742, Bangalore-560007.

Application form duly filled by the candidates will be submitted to the Principal, AIHM & CT, Bangalore - 560 007. The last date for receipt of application form duly filled will be notified in the advertisement published in national dailies.

Application form for admission will be rejected unless it is:

Properly filled in and signed by the candidate seeking admission.
Accompanied by attested copies of the requisite certificates in support of the claims made in the application.
Received in the Institute office on or before the last date prescribed. Delays/lapses due to postal or courier service will not be accepted.

A list of documents attached to the application form should be filled by the candidate at the appropriate place provided in the application form. The documents other than those attached to the original application will not be entertained after the last date prescribed for submission of application.

To avoid errors, the Application No, the Roll No, the Admit Card No, and the Attendance Card No, will be the same as printed in Application form. No separate Roll No will be given.

Candidates should fill the application form very carefully. If the candidate knowingly furnishes false information his/her admission, if granted will be cancelled at any stage and the fees paid by him/her will not be refunded.

Certificates to be submitted at the time of Admission in original. The following certificates in original will be submitted to the Principal at the time of admission.

Marks card and pass Certificate 10+2 stage examination or equivalent examination.
Pass Certificate and Marks card of SSC (Class 10) or equivalent examination.
School/Institute Leaving Certificate (after qualifying examination).
Bonafide Certificate: Certificate from the Principal of the College/Institute last attended by the Candidate mentioning the period of attendance of the candidate.
Character Certificate
For Candidates passing qualifying examination other than Karnataka state, copies of the following certificates are required to be submitted.
Migration Certificate: Certificate from the Registrar of the University/Board of examination from which the candidate has passed the qualifying examination.
Pass Certificate: Certificate signed by the Registrar or the Principal of the Institute last attended stating the examination passed and the subjects.

Copies of certificates attached to the application form (whether xerox or typewritten) should be attested by the Principal of the college or a Gazetted officer or a Special Executive Magistrate or Head Master of Secondary school or a Staff Member of a college not below the status of a lecturer. Original certificate should not be sent with application form but should be brought at the time of interview and admission.
